Try this:

Stovies.

2 leeks
2 carrotts
1 can of corned beef
many potatoes
veg stock, beef stock
Gravy / salt / pepper

WHACK it all in a pressure cooker/casserole dish. Pressure cook for around 30 - 40mins, casserole for 2 hours.

Add more Bisto to thicken the gravy, eat with lots of chunky bread.

SO tasty i could live on it for ever.

Keeps for a couple of days in the fridge (you won't need to keep it).
